For Deluge 1.1.6 FlexRSS
When upgrading to 1.1.6 I lost a Deluge extension very useful to me. This is FlexRSS. With this add-on downloads are updated via an RSS feed. It's really useful when it comes to series, as soon as this adds a chapter available for download.
After searching I found the solution, valid for installing FlexRSS Deluge version 1.1.6. You have to download the extension and install it in ~/.config/deluge/plugins/ from https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/download/file.php?id=1165
or what is much easier, run the following command from a terminal
wget --no-check-certificate -O ~/.config/deluge/plugins/flexRSS-0.1.egg 'https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/download/file.php?id=1165'
Then just have to activate Edit → Preferences → Extensions and we see a new option to configure the RSS
To have a valid RSS feed you can use the very good of ezt.it
Works fine on Ubuntu 8.10 with Deluge 1.1.6.

hello, are you?
I am testing the flexRss looks and makes me a very strange thing.
to perform a filter, first few chapters deal tells me about the series in question. I give it to record and do nothing. I close the flexrss.
flexrss returning to the filters and see tells me that as a result the filter earlier study, no searches that match the same "does not match".
this is very rare, 1 time I get the results (though not download anything) the 2 time, tells me that the filter is not valid.
any suggestions?

Where you say "does not match" I understand it is only testing ground where you can see that the pattern works as you want.
In this thread you have more information about the FlexxRSS http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10185 and you may find a solution to your problem.

I've been testing with another computer, and in this work.
differences from one another.
that does not work, is a 64bit Debian 5.0 stable.
which if it works, is a debian 5.0 32bit UNESTO.
If an update is not python is to blame the system or 64bit.
Like that I will serve as a "server" will deluge the 32 bits, so it remains
Well, thanks for everything. If you discover something else I mention.

Thank you very much for your contribution TommyX. My machine runs a 64bit Ubuntu 9.04 beta and it works, although I admit not as good as I wanted.
What I do is add the download from the window in which you add the RSS Feed by right. This adds the filter without having to make me anything else. Doing this is not immediately add the torrent to download but once it passes the time stated in RRS feed settings (default 900). It is very characteristic because it is fried Deluge for a few seconds and when it recovers its icon flashes in the notification area.

Anyway, follow this tutorial and is marked flexrss me ... but I do not appear in either their tools or its icon or anything ... it would be a shame to lose all the series of filters and others had

Between repositories and version is more current, there is much difference. Besides the extension FlexRSS although it works does not quite correctly.
